Customer Care
We consider all purchases from Creekwood Designs as personal and treat them as such. We appreciate that you have entrusted us with your business and do not take that lightly. Therefore, if there is are any questions or concerns about your pending order, we encouraged you to reach out to us via email. After making a purchase, you will receive an email guaranteeing that we have received your order and will be marked as pending status. General email inquiries will be responded to within 5-7 business days. Please shop with care: once orders have been finalized, we cannot guarantee that changes of the design can be carried out.
For general orders, our current production time is 7-14 days (this does not include shipping time). Custom orders require more time due to individual design process and mock-up approval. For custom orders, mock up orders can be expected 7-14 days after purchase; production time beginning after the mockup design has been approved. Our production time is subject to change based on individual need and size of the order, which will be communicated.

Because we are a small business, your order will be processed by one of two people creating your product. When you are purchasing from Creekwood Designs, you are permitting that our design team may contact you on an "as need" basis regarding your order. Custom orders are created with the agreement that we may showcase photos of your order on our website and/or social media pages. All personal information will be hidden from the public and only first name and state will be displayed in case of "sharing" a review or product.
Wholesale Inquiries
While we ourselves as wholesale account holders, we do not offer wholesale opportunities at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Disclosures
SOLAWOOD FLOWERS
Solawood flowers are not indicated for use in areas with direct exposure to water. In cases of a covered porch, a polyeurthane spray seal is recommended for protection and longevity of product.
Due to the nature in which wood is thinly shaved to create these flowers, wooden flowers are delicate therefore, all precautions should be made to handle flowers with care.
Wooden flowers are hand dyed by our wooden florist. Due to the handmade nature and dye process, no two flowers are exactly alike and therefore colors may change slightly from flower to flower.
WOODEN SIGNS
Since our signs are made with 100% wood, each product may have its own natural imperfections (such as knots and other blemishes) which we do not attempt to hide in any way. We feel that these imperfections are what gives our products their own special uniqueness. Since each piece will take to our creation process slightly differently, no two signs will be exactly alike.
Unless requested otherwise, our signs are handpainted however, we offer both hand-painted and permanent vinyl designs depending on the style that you are looking for. Many people appreciate the time and talent spent on hand-painted signs, but both options offer different advantages. Often times hand-painted lettering can be more customizable with different color schemes, but is subject to (very) minor blemishes or human error (think brush strokes), dependent of the experience of the designer. Hand-painted signs can appear a little more subtle than vinyl, whereas vinyl appears crisp and bolder. Picture this: imagine a ring bearer at a wedding holding a dark stained sign - in this scenario, the font style may benefit from vinyl lettering to create a bold contrast against the dark wood for all the guests to see; versus perhaps an entrance sign to the wedding may benefit from a softer look achieved with a hand-painted style. Both are great options to achieve a clean and neat professional look and comes down to individual preference.
Vinyl signs - While most signs are intended for indoor use, the vinyl is waterproof and weather resistant (hand washing recommended) allowing outdoor applications up to 6 years.

All HTV merchandise should follow the following care:
Garment care
For best results, wash garment inside out and machine wash cold, air dry or tumble dry on low. Fabric softener, bleach, and ironing not recommended.
CUPS/TUMBLERS/MUGS
Gentle hand-wash only, although a protective coat is added to these product, they are not dishwasher recommended or microwave safe
